Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your Pavo fragrance. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Period
30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed and unused, and the original packaging must be undamaged. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at shop@pavo-parfums.de to initiate your return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@pavo-parfums.de. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
